Lauren Tilton 2004

Candidate for Ph.D. in American Studies Program at Yale University
Lauren Tilton 2004 matriculated to the University of Virginia where she was elected Student Council President her senior year. After graduating from UVA, Lauren was accepted to and entered Yale University as a Ph.D. student in Yale’s Graduate Program for American Studies, and she will also earn a M.A. (en route to the Ph.D.) in Public Humanities. She serves as Co-Director of the Photogrammar Project, which won a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Digital Start-Up Grant and is also Chair of the Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) at Yale, which represents the ~3000 graduate students of the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
